The candidates are Steve T. Descano (challenger) and Raymond F. Morrogh (incumbent). Both are confirmed to attend the Candidate Forum for Criminal Justice.

Both candidates will appear on the ballot June 11th running for the Democratic Party's nomination for Commonwealth's Attorney of Fairfax County and Fairfax City.

Virginia is an Open Primary state which means that any registered voter in Virginia can vote in either a Democratic or Republican primary.
