Unit Meetings: Program Planning (LWVFA & LWVUS)   It's time for us at the "grassroots" level to help decide the direction we, the League, should take in the next biennium through the annual program planning process.  As of this year, LWVUS will no longer ask the membership to re-adopt national positions; delegates to the 2006 Convention in Minnesota will do it.  More time can be spent on letting your imagination work overtime on local program ideas.  Please bring your Bulletin, and those ideas to your unit meeting.
