LWVFA's Executive Director, Beth Henson Tudan, and her son, Alex, appear on the front cover. Alex, age 17, is newly registered to vote as 17 year olds can register in Virginia as long as they will be 18 by the November General Election. Why did LWV march? To quote LWVUS President Chris Carson, "We march for voting rights. We march to reform money in politics. We march for health care. We march for the environment. These are our core issues and we want to ensure they are front and center." Read the article on page 3 for more. #DemocracyLooksLikeThis LWV Fairfax Goes to the Women's March.
